- Free Delivery on all orders above PKR 2,500-

- During sales and promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
- Shipping charges apply to orders below the free delivery threshold.
- If you receive an incorrect product or size, we will cover all replacement shipping costs.
- For exchanges requested by the customer, shipping charges may apply.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing your tracking details.
- You will also receive a confirmation message from the courier with the payable amount (if applicable).
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
